How to Keep Fit
Being overweight is dangerous for your health. It cause many diseases. You should take the doctors advise to stay fit. Keeping fit is very useful for general health. I think it makes you work better. It builds up your muscles. You should do daily exercises. Walking and swimming are the easiest daily exercises. You should start you exercise with a warm up. As well as end it with stretching exercises.

Last week I went to Kubbar island with my family. It is a fantastic place. Kubbar island is very small and pretty. We had a wonderful trip. We ate some snacks. Today, I am going to talk about Kuwait in the past. Kuwait used to be a small country. Our forefathers used to dive for pearls. They used the dhow. Also, they used to bring water from Shatt Al-Arab. The main jobs used to be fishing and pearling. Old Kuwaities traveled to India to get wood and spices. They used to work very hard. These jobs were passed on from generation to the next.
